1. Scope and contact

These terms govern the use of ogcenter.cr, its content and the information request channels of OG Center, a dental clinic in Curridabat, San José, Costa Rica. The website provides service information and lets visitors request contact or an evaluation.

2. Information and dental care

Website content is for general information. It is not an individual diagnosis, prescription or treatment plan. Dental implants, oral rehabilitation and other procedures require a professional evaluation and diagnostic studies when appropriate.

Submitting a form or message does not begin treatment or replace informed consent. The benefits, risks, alternatives, materials, stages and aftercare for each procedure are explained during clinical care. For an emergency, seek immediate professional attention; website forms and messages are not an emergency service.

3. Requests, appointments and communications

Appointment requests are subject to availability and confirmation by the OG Center team. Provide accurate contact details and use our official channels to report changes or request rescheduling.

Any specific booking, cancellation or rescheduling conditions will be communicated before a booking or payment is accepted, where applicable. These terms do not themselves impose a cancellation penalty or automatic forfeiture of a deposit.

We may respond through the channel you choose for your inquiry. Promotional communications require separate authorization where applicable; making an inquiry or booking does not require accepting promotions.

4. Estimates, payments and financing

Published prices, promotions and estimates must be read with their inclusions, exclusions, currency and validity period. An individual estimate is confirmed following an evaluation and may vary according to clinical findings and required services.

Before accepting treatment, request its scope, cost, applicable taxes, payment arrangements and any financing conditions in writing. Changes to the treatment plan or estimate should be explained and agreed before they are carried out. Deposits and refunds are governed by the terms disclosed and accepted and by applicable law; this page does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

5. Results, testimonials and warranties

Photographs, videos and testimonials reflect individual experiences. Results and recovery times depend on the individual case, the patient’s health and adherence to professional instructions; they do not promise identical outcomes for others.

If treatment includes a commercial warranty, its covered components, duration, maintenance requirements, exclusions and claim process should be provided in writing. These terms do not replace or reduce an applicable warranty or the patient’s legal rights.

6. International patients

Information about organizing visits to Costa Rica is general guidance. Confirm your clinical schedule before purchasing flights or accommodation. The number of visits, length of stay and suitability for travel after a procedure must be assessed individually. Airline, hotel, transport and insurance services are subject to their own conditions, except where expressly included in an OG Center written proposal.

7. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use this website lawfully and respectfully. Do not impersonate others, submit another person’s information without authorization, publish unlawful content or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data. OG Center may restrict uses that compromise website security.

Text, photographs, designs, logos and other content belong to OG Center or their respective owners. You may view the information and share links for informational purposes. Commercial reproduction or modification requires permission, except for uses allowed by law.

8. Privacy and external services

Our Privacy Policy explains personal data handling. Merely browsing the website or reading these terms does not authorize advertising, the use of clinical images or any data processing requiring specific consent.

External links, maps, videos and messaging services have their own terms and policies. OG Center does not control their availability or changes. Please tell our team if you find an incorrect link or an access problem.

9. Availability and your rights

The website may be interrupted for maintenance or because of technical issues. We aim to keep information current and correct errors when identified. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits patient and consumer rights.

10. Updates and languages

Changes will be published on this page with an updated date. Changes do not retroactively alter previously agreed treatment conditions. The Spanish and English versions are intended to communicate the same terms; please request clarification before contracting if you notice a difference.
